旦過市場を散策！ - walking around Tanga market

昔風情のある旦過市場を散策しました。入り口にはスーパーマーケットがありますが、一歩市場の中へ足を踏み入れるとタイムスリップした気分になります。もうここは昭和。近年、県外からの観光客や外国人に人気があるそうです。
I walked around a local market called Tanga market. When I went into the market, then I felt like that was time travel to the Syowa period of time.(almost 100years ago) A lot of foreigners visit here.


それもそのはず。外国人観光客は”観光地化された場所”よりも、”現地のありのままの場所”を好む傾向があるそうです。彼らは現地の日本文化や慣習を見たくて日本へ来ています。そのため日本の息吹を感じる旦過市場は最適な場所のようです。
That makes sense because foreign visitors like a place which is for local people as it is. Not a place for foreign visitors. Foreigners want to enjoy the　unembellished figure like Japanese food and culture.



昨日は旦過市場の食材で持ち寄りパーティーをしました。Tanga Tableは旦過市場に隣接しているため、食材の購入、そして調理がしやすい場所になっています。宿泊者の外国人ゲスト（イスラエル人のココさん）と一緒にご飯を食べました。
Yesterday we held a potluck party. One of the customers is from Israel.
We had a dinner together:)
